Toshiba eStudio 200L printing problems

How do we get this machine to print? It has a USB port on it, when I hook it up to a computer it will see the copier/printer. Load the print drivers and try a test print, the data light will blink and then nothing prints. No error messages on the computer. Is there something else I need?

Look by the network port and you should see a thumbdrive like device. This is the print enabler, if it is not there then the machine will not print.
