estudio650 printer/network button does not work

Hello I am new to this forum. I have an estudio650 with the nic card installed in it. I was trying to set up the scanning function using the user manual as a guide. I tried to push the Printer/Network button and nothing happens. The copier was recently moved to a new office I don't know if someone truned something off on it. Any ideas on how to get this button to work again? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Is it the nic card or the gl1010/1020 controller. I think you need the controller to scan.

I assume it is one of the controllers because the scanning worked at some point last year. I don't know which one because you have to get into the printer/network controls to find out.

The controller board is cooked so i have to order a new thank you for you help anyway
