Toshiba E-Studio 200L

I did heat rollers on this unit about 5 months ago and unit has been running fine ever since. Then they called here yesterday with a C440 error code so I went here & reset the code. They called back 4 hours later & code came back. Any suggestions on what else to try or replace? Thanks in advance.

If after replace thermistors you got call for service try change power supply.
