Print Config Page Toshiba e-Studio 45

Hi, I need to print a config page on an old Toshiba e-Studio 45 and the only way the manual says to do this is on my Windows PC. However, the machine has taken itself offline, so I can't ping it or print the config page. Is there a code or something I can put into the actual copier to make it print a config page? Thanks in advance for your help. --Stephanie

Are you saying if you completely reboot the machine that the print controller never goes online? which controller is it? a GA1040 or a GL1010? In either case if it won't go online you may need to either reflash the printer board or reinstall the gl's os on it's hdd.
Regards!

Yes, the print controller isn't coming back online when I reboot the machine. I don't know if it's a GA1040 or GL1010. Isn't there some secret code I can put into the keypad and it'll spit out a config page?

Unfortunately not if it won't go online.. it indicates that the software that runs it may have been corrupted.. Especially if it won't goto the online state.. typically with either controller they were set to spew out a config sheet on ready basically, automatically, unless it's turned off.. however if it never leaves the "preparation" stage you can't even force a config sheet to come out because it won't accept any commands or go network ready usually... been there done that... reflash or reinstall os @ that point usually.. typically one of those can take between 3-10 mins to go online.. but if it never makes it there.. well not much can do except reflash or reinstall os.
Regards..

As a note: the GA1040 was basically a b&w stripped down embedded fiery and the gl1010 is basically a pc (of a sort) that hung on the back of the machine and has it's own cd-rom drive amongst other things!

It is common issue for GA-1040. In all of my cases reinstalling the board helps and the problem is removed.

But if we talking for GL-1010 you will need firmware and in some cases hard drive (10, 20 or 40 Gb).

If you have display with four tabs and on-line button it is the first case. So remove and reinstall the board. Pay attention for connecting slot - do not twist board while setting the screws.
