I have a Toshiba EStudio 3511. It runs fine. It will print the jobs I send. At the end of each print job, it makes a loud fluttering sound. It lasts about 5 seconds. Any ideas on what it is?
You'll probably have to place a service call to find out for sure what is causing it and make sure it isn't causing damage to your machine. That said, it could be something in the toner delivery system... just a wild guess though.
my guess is the clutch from cleaner unit for transfer belt
the call will cost you a lot of money because you can not do it yourself
it is so hard to work on 3511
on some of them we actually lost money
Thanks for the replies. I opened the main door on the front and the green plastic cover over the toner bottle was not snapped shut. I snapped it shut and the funny sound stopped. We'll call this one operator error!
