Post e-Studio 3511 broken door hinge below bypass tray unit

Today our Toshiba e-Studio 3511 kept giving fatal error CEFO. Also Get a CA10 fatal error. Kept finding easily removed sheet behind the door on the lower right side of unit, directly below the by-pass paper feed unit. I then noticed the "plastic flexible hinge" (hinge closest to the rear of unit) had broken off the rest of the door, resulting in the sensor behind it not being activated.

The inside of that broken door has the raised letters PC+PS-FR(40) on the inside of the door.

Does anyone know if there is a quick fix for this? (other than setting a case of paper next to it with a ream of paper keeping pressure on the hinge and sensor).

Or is their a replacement door available?

Thanks in advance!
Tim

Yes there is a replacement cover. But this is not the culprit for CEF0 and CA10. You will need Toshiba technician because these problems could not be removed by user. We are talking about revolver motor and laser unit or boards.

Question Printing is fine and no errors when broken door is held in place

Printing is fine and no errors when broken door is held in place. Several months ago we were getting the fatal error CEFO (I believe) that pointed to the lift clutch and also needed a transfer belt. The fatal errors have not come back until this door/sensor issue.

What does the CA10 error suggest is wrong?

Thanks,
Tim
