e-studio 4520c web services scan

While trying to scan using web services, I see only two clients from the network listed. Other clients are missing. Help says that we have to register other clients to get them displayed; but there is no help regarding how to register additional clients. How do you register other clients to use the Scan To WS feature?

We have a small home type network; all clients connected to a multiport hub; all clients using windows vista x32. Copier is connected directly to the network using an ethernet port.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
