Why not try 1+3+* and power on. I mean press buttons 1, 3 and * and power on the machine.

    Dear
now the machine , after your 1+3+* is asking for f14 , call the service "what this code means F14 and how we remove this"

This code means that there is difference between main and back up countrer. It is a common problem after electric shock/lightening. Do 08-388 and it will be ok (switch off the machine, press 0 and 8 and switch on the machine, set code 388 and press set key).

Are you kidding me? This machine looks like is produced on a 13th Friday.

CA2 means a problem with a laser unit. Disconnect all of the cables to laser unit, main pcb and power/high voltage pcb and reconnect them firmly. General procedure concerning this code is as follows:

    [CA2] H-Sync detection error
Are the harness open circuited and the connectors disconnected or misconnected between the MAIN board (CN21, CN22) and laser optical unit?
    YES
    1) Connect the disconnected connectors.
    2) Replace the laser optical unit if the harness is open circuited.
    NO
    1) Replace the MAIN board.
    2) Replace the laser optical unit.
