Question Toshiba ES 280 Not Fusing well on thick paper

Hey people, got a customer with a Toshiba E280 that is using thick paper and is having a problem with the toner wiping off the paper. Have tried the thick paper settings(08-441,439,417 etc), and still not working well.Is there a way to increase the fuser temperature and or pressure to make this machine fuse better on the thicker paper?Regular paper fuses fine of course and the fuser rollers have been replaced.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Change paper to another with the same thick.
Max is 209 g/m2 by the way.
Every paper for digital printing to 209 g/m2 should be
fusing well with default temperature.
It can be "offset" paper maybe ?

Are you using the correct thick mode? It should slow the machine down if you are.

if the fuser has been rebuilt the pressure springs could be on the lower notch for less pressure.... (never figured out what the less pressure was for) check and see if they are on 1st or 2nd notch... other than that .. try different brand of paper....
