DP-6570 Jamming

I'm working on a Toshiba DP-6570 which is jamming every time at the registration roller. Doesn't matter if the LCC or any of the paper trays are selected when copying. It jams right before the sensor at the registration roller every time. I've tried to clean the sensor with compressed air and cleaned the registration roller also with no luck. Unfortunately, I don’t have a service manual for this copier for reference. What other things should I try or look for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi try to check the connector of that sensor at the back of the copier because it can easily disconected.
