    Toshiba E-Studio 16

I went out to a service call for copy quality issues on a Toshiba E-Studio 16. It was leaving streaks across the page so I decided to try and clean/vacuum out the process unit. I've never taken one of these units apart before. After cleaning and reassembling, I put the process unit back inside the copier. When trying to make copies afterwards, the copier made a gear grinding noise. I did notice that some of the screw holes on the side of the unit where broken and worn. I ordered a new process unit which should arrive Monday or Tuesday. I glanced at a picture of this unit on Precession Rollers and it looked like it comes with the developer unit so my question is this. Is the developer unit considered part of the process unit or is it separate. Is there anything that I should pay attention to when replacing this unit and what simulations should I clear or run when doing this. My area of expertise is Sharp so working on Toshiba's is somewhat new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You.

Which modification did you order? PU-16... - please be specific ending letters are important. Also it is a bit important to know firmware version of machine. Print out: PROGRAM > Lists > Function (or just PROGRAM > 2 > 2). Check out upper right corner of printed sheet.
