| Is it adding toner during this wait time? Cheat the door and watch it, or you can hear it if you know what to listen for. If it's adding toner sometimes the auger in the hopper will break, you can run it in 03 mode with the hopper in your hand if it is turning but nothing is coming out then you will have to tear it down and it does make a big mess. Also with it adding toner sometimes the input drive gear on the DV unit will ream out the D shaped. If not toner related it might be your thermistors (3? on top or is it 2, and one on bottom) See if they have a lot of toner build up or are deteriorated. Those are probably the two main causes that come to mind. |
