Can anyone tell me how I change the drawer size from the display panel?
I have a machine that jams only when legal paper is run through both cassettes, letter runs fine.

Check the registration sensor (it is a pain to change.) I have seen it stick and cause paper size jams, generally this would cause any paper size to jam though. Then again, from what you are saying, if the cassettes don't match the panel... you get jams.
