E030 code on an Es280?

hello all, wondering about an E030 code on a 280.replaced the process unit and after doing so a fax came in right away and in the process it slipped and jammed.anywayit keeps showing a jam at the exit sensor yet the sensor is clear and moving properly and in 03 mode that sensor and all the other sensors comming up the path test ok.the connections to LGC board and sensor seem ok,it just will not clear.any ideas?thanks/no sensor in the fuser?correct?also the machine has no finisher or anything.just a separator tray and duplexer.but both of those were disconnected and it still won't clear.
