Admin Password Override- Toshiba 3511

Hi,

I have a customer who is having an issue getting through their administrative passcode. It must have gotten changed and no one knows what it is.

I am wondering if anyone can please tell me the procedure for overridding the administrative password...or how we can reset the 3511 to the factory default settings.

It's in '08' mode. check the manual. I don't have mine handy or I would give it to you. You just have to use the '08' code and you can change it to whatever you want.
