    E600 problem

    Hello everybody!
    I am a technical of Toshiba photocopy machine. I have a problem with a E600 machine. Now I need a firmware for that model (e-studio 600/720). Anyone can help me?
    The fisrt, The machine cannot print. I did something in 05 an 08. An now the machine it doesn`t start. I can`t access the 08 or 05 menu, so i think is a big problem.

    If the machine does not have a print dongle (thumb drive on the right side of machine near the network card) then the only way to get it to print is the trial period which ends after 90 days and can not be reset.
    Your hard drive may have gone bad and that is why you cannot enter the 05 08 modes.
    The firmware that I have access to will not work outside of the USA and you will need to find an authorized Toshiba dealer near you for the required firmware.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

    Thank for your advice.

    At first, that machine works and prints nomally. After did the 08 690 than it cannot print, and now it cannot start...

    If you have the firmware this model, can you share with me, because that manchine, we imported from USA.

    try this
    switch on copier with clear and 3 hold
    select 1 clear NV ram flags press start mayby the copier is in recovery mode so you have to clear NV RAM FLAGS
