Efiling Default Scan PDF, changed 08-219 but still not PDF

Greetings fellow techs,

I'm trying to change the E-filing default save to PDF. I changed the 08-219 to 1 and that changed the file type for 'Scan to Folder', but not 'Scan to E-filing'.

Is there a way to change the Toshiba Downloader software to automatically save the file as PDF instead of Tiff, or is there another way to make the machine set the E-filing PDF?

I looked to see if a firmware update would help, but couldnt find any info.

Machine is keeping e-filing files in her own format. You should look in File Downloader to find any settings.

I assume you don't have a scan enabler? Trying to scan with e-file and then use the file downloader won't be very efficient. If you have an enabler I wouldn't recommend even fooling with the downloader.
