Toshiba eStudio 723 and Exchange 2007

Hello all,

Greatly appreciate any help or direction to point me in regarding an issue we are having since upgrading to Exchange 2007.

We have several copiers set up for users to email their scans directly from the copier.

This worked when we were set up on Exchange 2003, but since we moved onto Exchange 2007. It seems to be blocked or no longer a function.

I have verified all settings even placed my email address as the primary connection with the exchange server.

Question is:
Is there a setting that must be turned on in the copier since we moved to exchange 07 or is it a seeting on Exchange 07 that may be the issue.

Thanks,

It seems that it is an exchange 07 issue. But I would suggest also to get latest firmware for machine.
