es 550 ... wait .... wait ....wait...

es 550 give my wait for 15 sec after evry job finished... this is big problem for me ... the custmer want to give it back to company and get his money if this problem not fixed...

please help me if caaaaaaaaaan

Have you done anything to try to fix it yet?

Two wild guesses:
1) Toner Auger or "flapper" or both in toner hopper are broke, or just generally related to toner/developer.
2) Thermistors or in general fuser related.

What shape was the machine in when you sold it? Did you put any parts in it?

Sounds like your using counterfiet toner... Sometimes it happens if the toner is not original. Clean also the toner sensor empty sensor, the auger, toner motor..

There are three things that come to mind and have all ready been said.
Toner not being added correctly, Temperature of the fuser needs to be adjusted( or paper is run at the wrong speck, bad or flakey thermistors), and a hard drive that needs to be either reformated (08-690-2) or replaced.
