hi guys is that true that a prblem automatic no display or shut down in this machine can solve by upgrading the system?

hi, that machine got power for just a minute or more after that a few copy made the machine display turns out.or totaly no display.

From experience, it's the power supply about 80% of the time and systen pcb the other 20%

can you tell me what specific part in power supply that usualy break down also in system board please.

If you turned off auto shut off and energy save function, The P.S.B could failed. you can repair and cheaper .
note the machine display turns out or no display but "copy" button and Main Power are light
you have to change Controll Panel Touch Screen
