Toshiba 810 Z folds

I have a toshiba e-studio 810 that z folds,never jams.Only happens 5 times a week,about every 20,000 copies,but enought for the customer to complain.I know what causes it,overriding registration but cannot find the cause,It happens somewhere before drum,1 and 2 sided copies,.Any ideas?I replaced duplexer,reg roller and cleaned paper path.

There was an update of reg switch actuator and roller itself, also on high volume machines paper may cut actuator enough to catch paper causing intermitent voids, misfeeds and folds.

I have seen this problem also. What it turn out to be was the Reg motor going bad. If you remve the right rear cover and DV fan filter unit you can watch the motor/reg roller run using the 03 codes. While it's running you will see the roller hesitate sporadically. Eventually the motor will fail completely. After I replaced the motor we had no more problems. Hope this helps.
