es 550 with printer card ...give me ( printer under preparation) all time
and all time offline
what i have to do..pleeeeeeae help me

Chances are that you have a GL-1020. With this print controller, you will need to run the recovery CD on the controller (you need an CD drive and a harness).

If the recovery CD doesn't work, then you will most likely have to replace the HDD on the GL-1020 and then run the partition CD before the recovery CD.

If this is the message it is GA-1140. Try to de-install and install again the board. Meanwhile reseat memory and any connector on board. Find another memory. Wait at least 5 min before conclusion that board is damaged.
