Corrupted HDD - firmware request e-studio 600

Hello, impressive forums you have here, it has already helped me through several problems.

But now I'm facing more difficult problem.
Our copier had its hdd corrupted somehow (error f102) and it's practically dead.
So what I need is, if it isn't too much to ask that if someone has a firmware for this copier that he/she could send it to me?
I have no idea do these copiers have any regional settings, but if they do, it's european copier.

shout down copier hold 0 8 power up thin ajust is displayed digit 690 2 enter that format hdd without problems wait is displayed if reboot machine appairs shout down copier and power up again in some cases it works fine again without firmware flash or anything else
