there is a copier 3580 gives blank copies and the hi tension board changed with no effect , by the way if you crashed paper under the drum you dont find image on it surface any ideas guys ?
Are there any error codes on the machine or in history(08-253)? Have you checked to Transfer/Sep assembly to make sure it is making good contact in the back? Another thing you can try is print out an internal teat pattern (04-113 for gradation or 04-142 for a grid), if these look good your optical carriages may be out of alignment.
Is the copy lamp coming on? Possibly laser, but I would expect a CA code to go along with it. Try blocking part of the charge with a piece of electrical tape, should make a black band on the copies or drum. That might help you narrow it down.
Oh, make sure the devloper is turning/has developer in it also.
