My experience is with 4 353 systems.
1 about 60k pages/year, only regular service maintenance.
2 about 80k pages/year, as the previous.
1 about 120k pages/year very stressed and very "abused", regular maintenance and 4 technical calls last year. 2 only for plastics parts of the upper loader. 1 for sensors of the high capacity tray and 1 for sensor close to the fuser.
Here i don't have nothing less than 8h nbd response time...and you told 2h

2hr respos time is not impossible. I don't know what fix time there is, what average monthly volium will be. Equipment dependability e-353 is widely O.K. But there must be neccessary to execute more conditions
reliable call desk
to have on warehouse all PM Kits plus MSP parts or reserve machine
min two or three trained technician
short travel time to customer
I thing for this condition will be the service price a little bit more expensive.

For this es353 453 series i agree it's a great machine.....less problem , short trip producing...less jammeds, just take good care of the dev , static control and you will be ok with that
