problems is jamming in buffer unit going into finisher jam code e-930..we have replaced all feed rollers in buffer pass...but problem still happens....any ideas???????

Did you troubleshoot like it is described in SH - check switches, solenoid etc.?

If doesn't help check firmwares of machine and finisher.

i have checked dip switches...everything looks fine

Replace the bridge sensors
replace inlet switch
if it has a hole punch then update the firmware on finisher,punch and conv pwbs.
