hello .
the counter dos not count any copy or printed page how can i fix this problem.
what is the department code ?( what is the numbers) to access it.

As counters are touch and go with the right people, I won't answer your question straight up, but give you an idea of where to look.
Go through your setting modes in the service handbook and you will find your answer, presuming I am right.

Sam .... estudio's counter does not counted.....and dept code are 2 different stories...whic one u are having problem?
As for counter issue i cant help direct...find at the services manual at 05 code...i'm sure is there.
For dept code....if you know the admin code try using Top Access via http u can view all....

For the sake of argument I would say it is 08 mode. But it doesn't matter if you don't have SH.

make shure that 08 203 is at 0 if not counter do not work
