Have you reloaded firmware? What does the machine do when the finisher is unplugged in duplex/color? What about autocolor with second side black, first side color or vice versa?

the problem is the GUIDE-ENTRANCE (part nš 6LA95427000), don't fall in time to the paper enter in the bridge. but only in color mode, in black work fine. and he is working, but is less than 1 second late.
This is triggered by the fuser sensor. It could either be the sensor the harness or a sticking solenoid. The code is the first bridge sensor error. It could also be caused by the exit/reverse motor. The press on gear comes loose and will slip when going from reverse to forward and vice-versa. This will cause a delay in transport which trips the code as well.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
