Cool E-studio 4511 problem

Don't know how to explain corectly but image on copies looks smth like zebra. There are no white bandings only text looks lighter or darker periodicaly ~5 vertical bandings per cm all over the image. Any ideas ?

If it looks like a diagonal line then the developer needs to be replace. Bull the dev unit and look at mag roller and you will see which one needs it.

Dear Makaule ,

My suggestion is check the total counter first or Off m/c Hold STart+6 then #2 STart.

See if you dev have a * on it...if got then the counter show it's time for replacement of developer..

But firstly...we need to check the tank first.I have face alot of problem with the dev tank got crumpled up with lots of spill out toner left that the front plate of the dev tank...

Open up the Dev tank 2 plastic cover... just below the dr blade is there any stiff tomer stuck there? if YES then cleaned it... take off the dr blade and clean it , pour off the dev and filter it , clean the magnetic roller and fix it back.....hope that can solve your problem and doesnt need to replace any dev.

Take out the dev unit and open bet you only about 20% of dev left ion it.
