I've received a call to see if I can set up this copier. Looking for info for this. Customer said the copier will have a Document feeder and duplex.

my understanding with this service request is I will be setting up a copier out of the box. The service manual the company sent me does not include a set up procedure. The first reply sent I donot understand.
