toshiba e16/20/25 adding toner

anyone hving this type of problem:

e16/20/25/
the tonertank is full of toner
but the toner keep on adding untill the toner tube empty
then the drive gear spoilt
what i hv tested :
toner sensor
new dv
new drum

have to check tr sep unit for arcing change the unit and look for bad conectings at the rear side of copier.there was a tec info for this problem that change the whole hv connection with a double cable to eliminate the contacts.

Have you changed the hole process unit not just the drum abd dev?
Check the drum earth.

Does the add toner drive all the time? Can you start it in 03 mode and not turn it off in 03 mode? You might have a short to ground on the motor itself, or a faulty board.

Please make sure that the machine is done by yourself only you go and give it a thru out check....if that is done by teong then u better bring it back to your office and let teong settle it..
