Im a fellow tech with 20 years in the business and belive it or not we are now taking on the e6530c but Kyocera version. can I get anyone to give me a copy of the service manual. I would really like to get ahead of the group at my company.

What company actually makes this unit?

We are also a Kyocera dealer , Does anyone have any documents
like Common issues, tips , ect
Are thier a lot of bulletin on these models,
Can someone post the bulletins or any technical info,
We only have the sevice manual and parts

I have not experienced many problems with these models personally. There was a change in the side interlock flag sortly after it's initial release (it would cause a fuser error code if it warped), and there has been a few firmware updates. Also, there was a replacement system board to solve a control panel locking issue - but toshiba insists this was rare. Most recently, there has been a mod released for the fuser drive gear and bracket to solve an issue of warping and causing noise.
