The wrench symble comes up on the display with no error code fuser does not come on

Press C and 8 at the same time then the error code will show up.

Yep Hold Down Clear and 8.
If C7 Error.
Hold down 0 and 8 at power on.
Input 69 and clear the error by puting in 0 then the print key.
If error comes back check the Thermo Fuse and Thermistor and Fuer Lamp.
Prob the Thermo Fuse.

This will Fix It.

if c7 then input 89, not 69. Set to 0 then press start.

He's right, its 89. set to zero, press start and the machine should come to ready. If it comes back then I've found that 9 times out of 10, just clean the one thermistor and thermostat (thermofuse). That should take care of it.
