Toshiba ES250 not printing word docs.

Heyas

I have a cleints old 250 that will not print word docs, it will print anything other than word files! Have rebooted the machine etc, was thinking of replacing the print board, it is not the PC casuing the issue as I plugged in my laptop into it and it has the same issue.

Anyone come across this?

Update: I returned on site with a new print board and NIC, this still did not resolve the issue! So tried printing with the PS and it printed fine! Very odd issue!

So no help needed now, but who knows why PCL would not print!

The job log may give you some idea as to why. How current is the firmware and driver versions? Post your findings....

It has the latest firmware and drivers, job log? I did not know the old 250's had one, I know they have the "prev tv report" But thought that was only for faxes and scans.
