It's the Main charge wire cleaner motor, usually it's not engaged correctly into the cleaner unit so the cleaner doesn't reach the limit sensors.

Usually caused by the drum carriage not seating fully into the cavity. Just 1-2 mm can cause the gear to not engage. There was a bullitin that addressed this issue a few years ago. If you need it let me know. Emujo

Juat turn it off in the 08 codes.
It never cleans the wire anyway.
