Off n On machine, prints come out

I am having this problem, i installed a e-Studio 25s in one of my client's office where they have about 8-10 pcs with simple network ( No server). At the begining it was printing fine until recently where they always complaint that the machine hang, they cannot print. When they OFF the machine and ON it again, all the print they sent will be print out. I have try replace the NIC and the Printer Kit but it doesn't help.
Any suggestion from u guys will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Check printer firmware version. It must be 1.47.

Thanks for the reply, ivovb. I am not very sure it got anything to do with the printer firmware because there is another machine which having the older version and is printing in an enviroment of 40Pcs doesn't give this kind of problem. Here is the configuration page from both the machines.

If you so sure, change the places of GA-1031 and will see. There are numerous BSI concerning machines hang up. And in more cases it is old printer firmware with old driver. In ver 1.06 everything is ok. But someone decides that there must be an upgrade of a a function or problem lift in controller. And after 1.31 it was a nightmare. So generally be sure to have working copier-controller firmware + driver combination. If this combination is latest one - it is best for you.

After that you can check virus status in the office, port setting, switch/hub status...
