E723 CA90

I have two Machine E723 throwing CA90 code intermittently all looks ok. any hints out there. Two LGC or SYS pcbs at same location odds are to astronomical for me

Firmware level 330 has a fix for this problem.

Thank you Audioimaging. Once again I fixed the problem by accident, LOL. The last thing I did before leaving upgraded F/W to V340. I researched problem and did not find that piece of Info, where did you find it?

Look in the copier rom history on tech to go. This gives you a list of what's included in each new firmware version.

Under version 330, it states "on some occasions where a large number of single page originals were duplex printed or copied, you could get a CA90 error. This issue is corrected.

I remembered from having this issue on a machine some time ago.
