E35 void line on 2nd side of duplex

Have a Toshiba estudio 35 that puts a vertical void line on the 2nd side of duplex copies......any ideas?

no i would need to see the image..... is there any creasing in the paper? is it in direction of paper travel? or front to rear?

if its front to rear i would try cleaning / replacing the clutches in the duplex unit...... may be hanging on and buckling the paper?

There are no clutches in the Duplex unit of this model

who took out the dclutch? my manula for said e 35 says it has a clutch ... and the newer color machines e3511 has a clutch ...... there is but only one clutch.....

When the ADU motor rotates in the direction A, the upper transport roller is rotated driven by the gears and
belt. The ADU clutch is then turned ON, allowing the middle transport roller and lower transport roller to
rotate.
