Exclamation Toshiba 3511 Transfer Belt Replace

Hi everybody,

I need to have detailed instructions on how to take out the Transfer Belt Unit from a Toshiba E studio 3511.

We have the Service manual, but still we need something more detailed cuz it has not been posible.

If anybody could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

If you have the service manual, that explains the process pretty plainly. Most techs forget the rear screws that run through the TBU into the rear frame. Emujo

Make sure you vacuum that pig of a machine --completely-- out and clean the slit glass before you put it back together, or else you'll kick yourself later. Also ... clean the two sensors over the revolver unit and the image quality sensor in the middle under the belt near the 2nd transfer position (it's under a spring loaded shutter.)
