postscript driver (PS3) will print in color.

I believe one of the PCL drivers won't print in color (we used it as a way to control color usage in large companies) but can't remember if it is 6 or 5.

Unless someone else follows up with more concise info (highly possible), I would suggest trying the Postscript driver to verify color printing and go from there.

The drivers sent with th 4511 included a pcl6 that was a b/w only driver. the pcl5c was a color driver as was the ps3 driver. All the drivers shipped with the 451c could do both. Also make sure that you are using the 451c driver and not the 4511 driver. It will print but not quite right.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

The PCL6 driver on the 451c is still a B&W only driver, use the PCL5c or PS3 driver, they are, by default colour, but can be set to B&W
If it jams, force it, if it breaks, it needed replacing anyway
