Toshiba E Studio 3511 Check Color Toner Cartridge
I have a Toshiba E-Studio 3511. It has an error message: Check Color Toner Cartridge. I took the all color toner out and it fixed the problem. It ran for another week and then the machine asked that I put the toner back in and it indicated that I need Cyan toner. I reinstalled the toners (shook them, etc). The Cyan is not full but it is certainly not empty either. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

There is a sensor under the exit tray / cover that looks down at the ends of the toner cartridges as the revolver turns. It needs to be cleaned. If it hasn't been serviced in a while the whole machine needs to be vacuumed out.
