Toshiba Estudio GL-1010 Document Controller, controller Os

Hello Friends,

I am facing Problem with Toshiba Estudio GL-1010 Documant controler. its OS is Crashed and machine Controoler not online. and "Start up controller" Messege is Displayed on the Screen. I need this controller OS. Please guide me the process how i eliminate this proble next time. Thank U.

I cannot provide you with the OS which you need to reload, but I can tell you the most common thing that causes it to crash is not shutting the controller down before turning the copier off. To shut down properly, your customer needs to shut down the controller from the control panel, then turn off the copier.

The Toshiba Gl1010 Service Manual can be found at: Index of /protectedmembers/201519/GL1020prot
Only download the manuals and Readme files. The other folders contain extracted Partition and Recovery Programs. Since these contain Executables some downloads can cause files to be corrupted. The Partition CD ROM can be downloaded as a complete image from:

while the complete image of the Recovery CD ROM can be downloaded at:

Hope this helps. Good Luck... Just a note: Patience is a virtue. Be aware it takes about 1 hour for the Partition/Recovery install. The setting list will pop out about 6 minutes after the restore is complete

This os version and recovery version can not setup on small HDD only support larger HDD 40GB.

Mycontrolers have small HDDs (10GB ,20GB). please say with me where can i download the OS and Recovery to be used for the kinds this HDD.

Win NT or Linux is ok.
