dp 6570 prints junk sometimes

hi there,
please can somebody help me with my dp6570. it prints junk especially when you send a big size PDF document. it prints like 450 pages of wingding characters. i have observed that it prints fine mostly with word documents.

Can't remember exactly but somewhere in printer properties there's "advanced" and there's smth like "print as bitmap image" - set it to default and everything will be ok. If not - try formatting HDD. Hope it helps..

Not totally familiar with this model but if printing as an image doesn't do it for you then try the PostScript driver if available.

Thats the problem.. you are sending a PS file to the machine and without the PS Enabler on the print bd, it dosen't know what to make of the print info. I've seen this MFP completely fill the finisher with "Junk" pages. More than likely you are sending pages with some kind of post script image located on it somewhere. EMujo
