E-S167 "Fax Recevied Forward" problem

I have Toshiba E-S 167 with GA-1190 and GA-1200,it works fine but when making a Fax Received Forward from TopAccess a " SYMLIB ACCESS ERROR" message appears directly after save,so i can't forward the received faxes neither to email nor save as file.

Note that " scan to email " and " scan to file" work fine.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Does scan to file uses same directory/settings?
What are firmware version for machine and options?

I would go straight for Firmware before going to much further just to make sure everything is talking correctly.

After doing the firmware, try making the Fax Received Forward setting again.

The problem was solved after applying a new firmware to the machine.
