Toshiba E 450 Cassettes Problem

Got a Toshiba E450 that has the LCF and 2 cassettes, for some reason the 2 cassettes have an * in the display next to the size , and when u try to make copies from the feeder and or on the glass the machine says select proper cassette , even though the display and settings are correct for each paper tray.If you select the tray manually they work fine.Done 08 etc for sizes.Any ideas? Thanks

Check settings in user function not in 08.

More specifically, USER Funcions, user, general, drawer. Highlight the tray that has the "*" and touch the plain LT, LG, or LD. These settings are for user that put Letterhead or some kind of expensive paper in the tray and don't want it "accidently" being used for copies or prints. EMujo
