We have a lease return that the customer wants the HDD cleared. Any way to do this without the admin password? I'm mainly a Sharp tech and could use your help. If you don't want to publicly post the password, please send me a PM.

Format the hard drive and that will delete all the customer info. Turn on while holding 0 and 8, enter 690 and press print, enter 2 and press set or enter on the touch screen.
