hi friends, i have one machine toshiba 451c ,which is always giveing massage check colour toner...even i put all new toner its giving same massage..but if open front door and close it back the massage is removed and its working well....

can anyone give some idea to solved this problem.........

clean the toner cartridge in sensor. This is on the left rear of the development area. If this gets dirty then the sensor cannot see the cartridge.
