| is the please wait message displayed on the copier touch screen or the fiery display? Also, is this the embedded board (X3E+) or the external fiery?
If it says Please Wait on the copier, I would say you need to format the hard drive (08-690) first. If that fails to resolve, you may have to re-install system software.
If on the controller, I would definitely lean towards a system software re-install.
I believe the nic card reset code is not for this machine, but for newer models with built-in controllers (e-bridge machines). |
