e-studio 2100 scan problem

I have toshiba e-studio 2100c with ga-1221 controller.

All works ok, but after a while, when i attamting to scan, copier show "busy" in flat panel (and in command worksstation). Device does not scan.

1. Can You print?

2. Try to scan from another PC to see if the problem is PC or controller.
