e-550 , 05-206 constantly changing ??

e-studio 550 machine...
05-206 developer bias, machine off and when I open each show different values...

therefore sometimes very soft copies, sometimes very plump. 05-206 value sometimes 81, sometimes 109, somatimes 63, constantly changing.

What could be reason?

NV Ram memory. In order to be sure check for other changed codes.

Try turning off IQMS and Drum potential sensors (08-802 and 421 set to 1) and see if it becomes consistent.

These sensors adjust for changing conditions in the drum cavity and sometimes they get flakey.

If things work better with them off, you can try turning one on and seeing if it makes a difference. Or you can leave them off forever.
